The service
IdeaVerdict provides AI-generated analysis of startup ideas, returning a GO, WAIT, or KILL verdict alongside reasoning. Verdicts are opinions generated by AI models — they are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and you remain solely responsible for any decision you make based on them.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use IdeaVerdict.
Acceptable use
Don't use IdeaVerdict to submit unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or abuse it in ways that degrade availability for other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the credit has been used.
Liability
IdeaVerdict is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
